Full-time | 40 Hours per Week
Note:
Properties are mostly located in Los Angeles area but will be reporting directly to the main office in Long Beach area.

What You’ll Do
Walk the properties assigned
Comply with daily, weekly, and monthly team deadlines.
Main point of contact for our property owners and property managers
Supervise a portfolio of multi-family Affordable Housing properties
in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strong resident outcomes.
Assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management.
Accountable for monthly budgeting and reviewing financials.
Accountable for maintaining the physical asset + performance of assigned properties.
Directly Supervise employees to ensure timely completion of projects, rent collections, timesheets, etc.
Oversee and monitor
annual and ongoing income certifications , compliance deadlines, and program requirements.
Making hiring decisions to ensure an employee is in the right seat.
Assessing property needs by evaluating staff performance.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and/or Affordable Housing
portfolios
Strong
customer service, communication, and stakeholder-management
skills
Excellent
organizational and time-management
abilities with a proven ability to
prioritize competing deadlines
Proficient in
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Strong
leasing judgment and decision-making
skills
Demonstrated
problem-solving ability , synthesizing multiple perspectives, and recommending practical solutions
Experience
managing, scheduling, and inspecting
apartment maintenance, property marketing and property insurance activities
Strong
supervisory, personnel management, and team-development
skills
Takes action with appropriate
urgency, empathy, and professionalism
in a fast-paced environment
Additional Qualifications
Yardi Voyager experience (Required)
Proficient Knowledge of California Property Management Policies and Procedures
Travel Requirements This role requires reliable transportation, and travel needs may change as required.
