Metric5 is currently seeking a

Program Manager

for an upcoming opportunity. The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the contract, personnel, and project performance. This role will direct multiple, complex robotic process implementations, manage all contract operations, and ensure senior-level client management is aware of the overall program status.

Responsibilities

Maintaining responsibility for management and direction of multiple, large, or complex robotic process implementations.

Providing input into RPA governance, best practices, training, policy, and procedures.

Maintaining a strong technical understanding of robotics automation systems, services, and tools.

Managing multiple contract operations, ensuring quality standards and work performance on all projects.

Planning, organizing, and overseeing work efforts; assigning resources; managing personnel; providing risk management; and ensuring quality management.

Monitoring overall project and contract performance.

Ensuring senior‑level management within the client organization is aware of overall program status.

Knowledge and prior experience working in accordance with the standards of project management best practices per the PMI Performance Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Possess necessary skills to communicate (written and verbal) vital information.

Required Qualifications

Minimum six (6) years relevant experience with managing projects, including five (5) years of specific automation implementation experience.

Must hold all of the following certifications: Active UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (or current equivalent)

Agile Certification

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Preferred Qualifications

DHS experience

Federal Government Financial System Modernization experience

Education Bachelor's Degree in a Business or IT field

Clearance Must be a United States citizen and must possess ability to pass a Public Trust Government background investigation

Location Washington, DC area / Hybrid work environment
