Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Conduct performance reviews
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements & Qualifications
College/CEGEP education
2 years to less than 3 years of related experience
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attentional to detail
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Windows,.Rotate.Word
Other Requirements
Work must be completed on site (on‑site only)
Public transportation is available for commute
Work in an urban area
