What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers in the commercial and industrial waste sector
Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to manage customer relationships and retention
Develop knowledge of the company's services and pricing structures to effectively communicate with customers
Perform contractual re-signs and respond to cancellation requests according to established policies
Utilize Salesforce to document customer interactions and sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
0 - 2 years of customer service experience required
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and respond to their needs
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the waste or transportation industry
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
Knowledge of environmental services and sustainability practices
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
