Job Responsibilities\ muncul>

Generate qualified leads through multi‑channel outbound outreach, including cold calls, emails, SZ, video messages, and SMS

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and marketing‑generated leads to qualify opportunities

Conduct thorough research on target accounts and personas to craft personalized outreach

Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine outreach strategies and account‑based campaigns

Qualifications

1‑3 years of sales, business development, or client‑facing experience (internship or entry‑level considered)

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to CFOs, HR leaders, and PE investors

Self‑starter with a results‑driven mindset and high energy

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems is a plus

Familiarity with international business, payroll, HRIS, or PE/M&A environments is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a sales or business development role within a technology or consulting environment

Knowledge of global HR and payroll compliance regulations

Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to teams

Previous experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets or quotas
