Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures in manufacturing equipment.
Execute repairs, overhauls, and component replacements for industrial systems.
Install, commission, and test new machinery and production line equipment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for repairs.
Document maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
Recommended Qualifications
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
Proven ability to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Welding and fabrication skills.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Machining experience (lathe, mill operation).
