is seeking an outpatient physical therapist that is engaging and friendly with a drive to pursue exceptional clinical quality. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs, focusing on functional improvement, pain reduction, and long-term wellness in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Compensation $50 – $55/hour
Qualifications
Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
Current and active state physical therapy license
New grads are welcome
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide one‑on‑one interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and the use of physical agents as appropriate.
Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care to maximize outcomes.
Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and expectations for recovery.
Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care.
Ensure informed consent and communicate expected benefits, risks, and alternatives.
Discharge patients when goals are met and provide recommendations or referrals as needed.

Critical thinking and problem‑solving during evaluations and treatments
Basic clinical reasoning using evidence and scientific principles
Ability to learn new techniques and adapt to new information
Strong reading and writing for documentation
