is seeking an outpatient Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist who is engaging, approachable, and clinically driven, with the ability to lead and support a clinic team. This role combines direct patient care with day-to-day clinic management, focusing on exceptional clinical quality, operational efficiency, team development, and a positive patient experience.
Compensation $75,000 – $85,000
Qualifications
Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
Current and active state physical therapy license
Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Previous leadership or management experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide one-on-one care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical agents as appropriate
Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to maximize outcomes
Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and recovery expectations
Provide leadership and oversight of daily clinic operations including scheduling, workflow, and patient flow
Support, train, and mentor clinic staff to promote professional growth and consistent clinical standards
Collaborate with leadership to meet clinic performance, quality, and patient satisfaction goals
Address patient concerns and maintain a positive, professional clinic environment
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best clinical practices
Discharge patients when goals are met and provide recommendations or referrals as needed
Skills

Ability to lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic understanding of clinic operations, scheduling, and performance metrics
