Seeking a Dental Assistant with at least one year of working experience (job shadowing and/or internships are not considered work experience).
Basic qualifications
1 year of dental assisting experience
Experienced in four handed dentistry
Complies with all regulations, protocols and procedures
Exercises knowledge of dental instruments and terminology
Demonstrates equipment knowledge and performs regular equipment maintenance and care
Executes all necessary lab procedures with accuracy
Has an excellent rapport with patients and teammates
Directs patient flow through time management
Stocks treatment areas and monitors inventory
Ability to multitask
Has a positive attitude and willingness to help others
Attends to patient's needs and ensures a pleasant treatment experience
Must excel in working with Crowns & Bridgework, Extractions, Restorative, Impressions and Fabrication of Temporaries
Additional requirements
Current CPR Certification
X-Ray Certification
Record of updated vaccinations
Open Dental (or comparable software) and digital radiography experience
PPE provided includes
Disposable gowns
Level 3 and N95 masks
Face shields and sneeze guards
