Strong Hold seeks a highly skilled, detail‑oriented Quality Technician to conduct inspections, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement before products are shipped. Essential Functions
Inspect products at various stages of manufacturing to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Use measurement tools and basic math to accurately measure and evaluate product dimensions and specifications. Maintain visual awareness to detect any defects or inconsistencies in products. Identify quality inconsistencies and report them to the appropriate department for corrective action. Develop and maintain company inspection records, documenting processes and procedures. Record, analyze, and draft quality reports on test data. Ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify possible areas for improvement in quality processes. Monitor production processes to ensure that quality testing procedures do not hinder production timelines. Work independently with minimal supervision while achieving productivity and quality goals. Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks in a non‑climate‑controlled environment. Requirements
High level of visual awareness and attention to detail. Strong understanding of basic mathematical concepts. Ability to analyze and interpret technical information accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for drafting reports and collating data. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Outstanding attendance. High school diploma or GED. Preferred Education & Experience
Some college education. 1–2 years of experience as an inspection or quality technician. Previous experience working with measurement tools. Benefits
