Theatre Practitioner - Orthopedic Scrub/SFA (Bank) Job Description: Theatre Scrub Nurse / Orthopedic Scrub SFA (RGN / ODP) at Shrewsbury Theatre. Bank position with weekend work. Hourly rate dependent on experience.

Job responsibilities You will work on an ad‑hoc bank basis, with no fixed number of weekly hours, but will be available to cover theatre needs as required. You are registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and possess post‑registration experience, flexibility and excellent communication skills. You will work autonomously, supporting orthopaedic teams, supervising junior staff and ensuring high standards of patient care.
