Theatre Practitioner - Orthopedic Scrub/SFA (Bank)
Job Description: Theatre Scrub Nurse / Orthopedic Scrub SFA (RGN / ODP) at Shrewsbury Theatre. Bank position with weekend work. Hourly rate dependent on experience.

Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff

Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key

Job responsibilities You will work on an ad‑hoc bank basis, with no fixed number of weekly hours, but will be available to cover theatre needs as required. You are registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and possess post‑registration experience, flexibility and excellent communication skills. You will work autonomously, supporting orthopaedic teams, supervising junior staff and ensuring high standards of patient care.

Qualifications and experience relevant to registration, including NMC or HCPC.
