Summary:
Seeking an organized and adaptable team player or self‑starter who provides outstanding customer service and manages outpatient clinic front‑office tasks. Candidates will travel among multiple outpatient sites.
Responsibilities
Greets patients and answers phones
Performs patient intake and data entry
Conducts insurance verification and pre‑authorization
Schedules patient appointments
Operates the front office of outpatient centers
Supports therapists and therapy assistants
Balances daily cash and records weekly banking deposits
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Experience
Customer service experience
Knowledge of insurance verification
Health‑care, medical, or dental office administration experience
