Monday 7a–5p, Wednesday 1p–5p, Thursday 9a–6p Employment type:
Part‑time – 20 hrs/week Salary:
$18–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Seeking an organized, adaptable individual who can provide outstanding customer service both independently and with team members. Candidates will be required to travel to other locations as needed. The role involves processing referrals, scheduling patients, completing the intake process, performing data entry, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, reviewing benefits with patients, collecting co‑pays, preparing billing and closing reports, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities
Greets patients
Answers phones
Patient intake and data entry
Insurance verification and pre‑authorization
Schedules patient appointments
Operates the front office of outpatient centers
Supports therapists and therapy assistants
Daily cash balancing and weekly banking deposits
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Entry‑level position (no prior experience required)
Preferred Experience
Customer service experience
Knowledge of insurance verification
Healthcare, medical, or dental office administration
