Are you a hands-on Process Engineer with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement? Do you thrive in a fast-paced production environment where technical expertise, collaboration, and problem-solving make a real impact? If so, we want to hear from you. We’re hiring a Process Engineer to support and improve our mixing and compounding operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and improving production processes and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. Working closely with R&D, production, maintenance, and engineering teams, you’ll play a critical role in scaling new products, reducing waste, and strengthening operational performance. This position offers strong visibility across operations and the opportunity to grow into broader leadership responsibilities while helping drive operational excellence. Some of the duties of this position

Set up, monitor, and optimize machinery and process parameters for mixing and compounding operations. Collaborate with R&D to scale up new formulations and transition them into stable, repeatable production. Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent product performance. Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with maintenance and engineering. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Provide technical training and guidance to operators and production staff. Serve as backup to production leadership during planned absences, supporting daily operations and coordination. We are looking for someone with:

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related technical field. 2–5 years of process engineering experience, preferably in polymer compounding, extrusion, or plastics manufacturing. Hands-on experience with machinery setup, process optimization, and troubleshooting in a production environment. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with a practical, results-driven mindset. Ability to work collaboratively across R&D, production, maintenance, and engineering teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP experience is a plus. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage. Competitive compensation.
