Human Resources Technician I
Schedule:
8 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Human Resources)
Job Summary:
Under direction, perform subprofessional technical human resources work required to support a comprehensive human resources program for classified employees. Responsibilities include applying knowledge of organizational management, basic research techniques, principles and practices of human resources record keeping, rules, codes and laws related to public sector employment, correct English grammar, spelling and punctuation, and modern office methods, procedures, practices and office automation—including computer operations and word processing.
Requirements:
Experience: Three years in one or more human resources program areas.
Education: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade, supplemented by courses in organization or human resources management.
