Behavioral Case Supervisor

for our Supported Living Services! This position works directly with the Intellectually and/or Developmentally Disabled (I/DD) adults our agency serves and provides ongoing supervision, training, and development for the direct support staff that work with our clients in the Santa Rosa area! What Is the Job? The Behavioral Case Supervisor is responsible for providing support for a caseload of clients as well as providing supervision and training for the staff that work with those clients. This position is where the rubber meets the road when it comes to developing and implementing various plans for the disabled adults our agency supports – the Behavioral Case Supervisor works closely with the clients and their staff to meet goals, celebrate successes, and maintain connections in their communities. The Behavioral Case Supervisor will also be responsible for meeting numerous administrative requirements, such as documentation, auditing, training, and more. However this is NOT an office position! The goal is for the Behavioral Case Supervisor to spend 75% of their time face‑to‑face with the clients we serve, and 25% meeting administrative requirements.

Schedule The Behavioral Case Supervisor position is a salaried exempt role which is on‑call Monday through Friday and shares a rotating on‑call weekend with the other members of the supervisory team (potentially one weekend a month). Please note that this is NOT a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. position! The Behavioral Case Supervisor is the first point of contact for field staff and needs to be a constant and accessible resource for our clients and our staff during the work week.

Compensation The rate of pay for this position is $34.80 per hour, which transitions to salaried at $72,384 annually following an initial training period. Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile. Salary: $70,720 – $72,384 per year.

Location This position operates out of our Napa office location, 935 Clinton Street Napa, CA 94559, and serves clients in Santa Rosa.

Job Requirements

At least two (2) years of experience working with individuals who have Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD population).

Solid understanding of this population and its needs.

At least one (1) year of supervisory and budgetary/finance experience (i.e., supervising staff, not providing in‑home support services).

Proficiency with standard electronics, computer and database systems; aptitude for learning different platforms.

Licensed and insured driver with a clean driving record (no excessive points and no DUIs within the past 10 years).
