Essential Functions Ensure all customer service calls are handled in a timely and professional manner. Assist callers ranging from homeowners, tenants, agents, property managers, and internal Terra West staff. Answer all voicemails and emails by responding appropriately or forwarding to the correct department.

Requirements Minimum Qualifications

1–3 years customer service experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Typing speed of 30+ words per minute

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of call‑center experience

Bi‑lingual (Spanish) preferred

ADA Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
