Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Sales and Marketing teams across both the Columbia and Savannah locations. This role focuses on driving consistent growth, improving performance, and ensuring alignment between sales efforts and marketing initiatives.

This position requires a hands‑on leader who can train, coach, and oversee team performance while maintaining strong organization, communication, and reporting across both markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Sales and Marketing departments for both locations

Train, coach, and support Sales and Marketing team members

Ride‑alongs with team members will be expected to improve performance

Monitor performance and ensure teams are meeting established goals

Maintain consistency in processes, expectations, and communication across locations

Collaborate with leadership to support company growth initiatives

Review and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in Sales leadership, Marketing leadership, or a related management role

Strong working knowledge of Apple products (iPhone and iPad)

Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets

Ability to review data, track performance, and communicate results clearly

Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with JobNimbus or similar CRM platforms

Construction, home services, or trade‑related industry experience

Experience managing teams across multiple locations

Schedule & Work Environment

Full‑time position Based in Columbia, SC

Same‑day travel to Savannah as needed

Occasional flexibility required for training, meetings, or company initiatives
