About the Role Sr Mgr Space & Defense Key Account Manager on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team works hand‑in‑hand with customers to transform Infineon’s products into cutting‑edge designs, building long‑lasting partnerships that thrive on success.

Your Role Key responsibilities:

Establish IR HiRel as a business and technology partner and accelerate revenue growth with a select number of Infineon’s Southwestern U.S. Aerospace, Defense, and High Reliability customers.

Define and lead the strategy for accounts, collaborating with a Global Account Manager where applicable.

Build trusted relationships by solving customers’ most important technical and business objectives with Infineon’s leading semiconductor solutions.

Set ambitious targets, taking ownership of decisions, actions, and challenges to achieve success.

Translate complex product features into technical and business benefits, combining technical knowledge with sales skills.

Be responsible for creating, leading, and winning new opportunities that drive the highest value and largest revenue growth.

Maintain opportunity tracking and accurate forecasting.

Develop, document, and execute a Key Account growth plan combining Infineon IR HiRel and your Key account’s objectives.

Create strategies to capture new and competitive business; chart opportunity potential and understand where technology gaps exist to achieve growth.

Anticipate customer needs and understand their problems to lead field resources, business line team members, and internal executive stakeholders to capture growth opportunities.

Grow and strengthen customer relationships with key stakeholders in engineering, procurement, operations, program management, quality, and up to C‑level executives.

Understand the customer ecosystem (end customers, market, design partners).

Manage overall business relationship and customer issues.

Your Profile Qualifications and Skills

High integrity with personal commitment to excellence, a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial thinker with excellent judgment.

Demonstrated leadership characteristics and solution proposal skills necessary to achieve market share and revenue growth in the region.

Minimum 6 years of professional technical semiconductor sales or marketing experience, including at least 3 years supporting large, complex accounts.

Knowledge of Aerospace, Defense and High Reliability market trends and customers.

Proven success in taking ownership of generating and building relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, program management, quality, and senior management.

Team player with problem‑solving skills and ability to challenge appropriately to solve difficult challenges.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as necessary.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or Business, with equivalent technical sales experience.
