Position
We’re seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Sales Account Manager to expand and manage toxicology and diagnostic partnerships throughout
Phoenix and surrounding communities . The territory will grow into additional Arizona markets over time (excluding Tucson).
This field‑based role focuses on building long‑term partnerships within key healthcare segments such as
rehabilitation facilities, pain management practices, behavioral health groups, psychiatry practices, addiction evaluating centers, MAT clinics, outpatient recovery programs, and physician offices that routinely utilize toxicology testing .
The ideal candidate brings strong field‑sales experience, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to independently manage a high‑activity territory. This is
not
an inside‑sales or call‑center role; prior face‑to‑face B2B experience is strongly preferred.
Description Full‑time, W2, field‑based
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Semi‑flexible schedule after training
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies across the Greater Phoenix market
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners in
rehab, pain management, behavioral health, psychiatry, addiction medicine, MAT clinics, outpatient recovery programs, and physician groups
Prospect, qualify, and secure new business through structured outreach and consistent onsite visits
Conduct needs assessments and present testing services aligned to client workflows and patient populations
Navigate multi‑stakeholder environments with professionalism (providers, administrators, program directors, operations teams)
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact Hun onboarding
Provide ongoing post‑sale support to maintainDie retention and long‑term account value
Track competitive activity and emerging market needs to inform strategy
Collaborate internally to ensure smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, and client satisfaction
Maintain a strong in‑person presence across the territory with daily travel
Document all activity, pipeline movement, and forecasting in the CRM
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of field sales experience (any industry)
Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas in competitive environments
terminé Experience in territory‑based, in‑person sales roles Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across diverse clinical and administrative groups
Strong presentation feuilles, negotiation, and full‑cycle sales skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools
Ability and willingness to travel daily throughout
Phoenix and the surrounding areas , with additional Arizona travel as the territory expands
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare sales experience, especially in: Toxicology or laboratory services
Pain management and interventional pain practices
