Role Responsibilities
Diagnose and Collaborate
Inspect malfunctioning equipment and accurately diagnose mechanical issues; devise a repair plan, secure necessary components with the Parts Department, and work with management and other technicians to ensure efficient service.
Install, Repair, and Maintenance
Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles.
Customer Interaction and Problem Solving
Assist customers in understanding their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction; troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Document and Report
Document the repair and maintenance work performed, note concerns encountered, and create a detailed service report.
Employee Prerequisites
Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicle mechanics, equipment and systems, and technology operations. Pay is based on experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations are essential! Pay based on experience!
