Your Role as a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver As a Full‑Time DSP/Caregiver, you'll play an essential role in our community residential program. Each day offers meaningful opportunities to make a difference, whether by:
Supporting daily living activities, including medication administration, hygiene assistance, and basic first aid
Ensuring safety, including providing transportation to appointments and community activities
Encouraging participation in work, recreation, and skill‑building activities
Preparing meals, maintaining a comfortable home environment, and supporting behavioral needs
Using crisis intervention skills when needed and fostering stability and trust
Completing documentation accurately and collaborating with your team to uphold our agency values
Your compassion and consistency will help foster a culture of dedication, dignity, respect and choice for every individual we serve.
