Experience
Three years of experience in administrative services; OR

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience toward the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.
Job Duties
Ensure the section’s adherence to the approved Records Retention Schedule and coordinate with Legal, and the Secretary of State’s Office if needed, on any proposed revisions.
Oversee and securely maintain a large file system, including creating folders for new records, and filing official records timely.
Respond to subpoenas for personnel records by reproducing pertinent records, preparing transmittal correspondence, and ensuring timely delivery to requesting party.
Verify employment information and work history data on LDH employees as requested by other employers, financial institutions, and local, state and federal agencies by accessing employee records, completing necessary forms/paperwork, and forwarding to appropriate entity.
