Responsibilities

Provide outstanding leadership to the team, inspiring others and coaching to achieve high performance.

Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and safety, and facility management.

Take responsibility for overall business performance including ordering, scheduling, labor management, marketing, facilities, bakery operations, and catering.

Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability, creating and executing plans for sustained profitability.

Coordinate the entire operation during scheduled shifts, greeting customers, performing table visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet staffing levels and company guidelines.

Serve as the primary resource for resolving associate questions and oversee bakery‑cafe operations.

Maintain a professional image, promoting Flynn Panera’s values and beliefs.

Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of hospitality management experience.

Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, hotel or restaurant management preferred.

Food management certifications are a plus.

Demonstrated ability to run operations as if you own the business (“Run it Like You Own It” mentality).
