The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. This position is seasonal and employment will begin no earlier than

December 1, 2025

and end on or before

April 30, 2026 .

Pay:

$16.50/hour

Employment Type:

Full‑time seasonal, 40 hours per week

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the schedules below:

Sunday‑Monday: OFF, Tuesday‑Saturday: 5:00 am‑3:00 pm

Saturday‑Sunday: OFF, Monday‑Friday: 2:30 pm‑12:30 am

Monday‑Tuesday: OFF, Wednesday‑Sunday: 7:00 am‑5:00 pm

Friday‑Saturday: OFF, Sunday‑Thursday: 10:00 am‑8:00 pm

Wednesday‑Thursday: OFF, Friday‑Tuesday: 2:30 pm‑12:30 am

Satur­day‑Sunday: OFF, Monday‑Friday: 5:30 pm‑2:00 am

Sunday‑Monday: OFF, Tuesday‑Saturday: 5:30 pm‑2:00 am

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services including optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.

Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information.

Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors.

Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return.

Notify Management of any known customer problems.

Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and required maintenance.

Continuously build knowledge and skills through on‑the‑job training, development opportunities, and company‑sponsored classroom training.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.

Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.

No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.

Must be willing to accept $16.50/hour.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Apart from religious observation, must be willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Must be willing to work available schedule.
