Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent‑A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands. We are hiring for a seasonal customer service representative to provide superior, friendly, efficient service throughout the car‑rental process.
Employment Dates:
December 1 2025 – April 30 2026
Pay:
$16.50 per hour

Position:
Full‑time, seasonal (40 hours per week)
Working Hours
Monday 9:00 am‑5:00 pm
Tuesday 9:00 am‑5:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am‑5:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm
Sunday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm
OR
Monday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm
Sunday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm
Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide clear explanations of rental terms, vehicle features, and ancillary services.
Offer additional assistance such as directions, maps, and local information.
Handle inbound reservations, rate quotes, and inquiries via phone.
Make outbound callback and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
Assist in assessing vehicle condition on returns.
Notify management of customer or vehicle issues.
Pursue ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old.
High‑school diploma or G.E.D. required.
At least 2 years of customer‑service or sales experience in retail, hospitality, or administrative support.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
Willingness to accept pay of $16.50 per hour.
Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required.
Willingness to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Available to work any of the listed schedules.
