Seasonal Customer Service Representative — North Miami Beach
Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, is hiring for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at 14975 W Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33181. The position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, seasonal, starting no earlier than
December 1, 2025
and ending on or before
April 30, 2026 . Salary is $16.50 per hour.
Job Summary Provide superior, friendly, and efficient service throughout the rental car process, ensuring excellent customer experience and compliance with company policies.
Work Schedule Must be available for one of the following schedules, excluding religious observations:
Monday 9:00 am–5:00 pm
Tuesday 9:00 am–5:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am–5:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Sunday 8:00 am–5:00 pm
or
Monday 9:00 am–6:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am–6:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am–6:00 pm
Sunday 9:00 am–6:00 pm
Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers professionally, friendly, and timely.
Explain rental terms, vehicle features and additional services, such as protection products, upgrades, fuel options, etc.
Offer local area information, directions, and appropriate service details.
Answer incoming calls for reservations, quotes, questions, and resolve issues for customers, other branches, and vendors.
Place outgoing calls for callback management and other assigned functions.
Assess rental vehicle condition upon return.
Notify management of customer or vehicle problems and required maintenance.
Continuously build knowledge and skills through on‑the‑job training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Minimum two years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
Willing to accept $16.50 per hour.
Authorized to work in the United States; no work authorization sponsorship required.
Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Willing to work the available schedule.
