Compensation Base pay: $21.00/hr – $34.00/hr. Employment type: Full-time. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums up to $3.00/hr based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. As a Supervisor, you lead these associates, ensuring efficient stocking operations and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee unloading trucks and stocking new freight.
Direct backroom activities, ensuring products are stored correctly.
Maintain compliance with Walmart’s safety and quality standards.
Support team members in lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds and operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
Coordinate schedules and performance incentives for team members.
Qualifications
Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts (preferred).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
