Business Development Representative (BDR)

We’re looking for an exceptional Business Development Representative to find, qualify, and nurture prospects who could benefit from Mitiga’s solutions. As the tip of the sales spear, you’ll build a robust pipeline of leads and set up sales closers for success by converting qualified leads into new meetings. Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Qualification: Find and qualify potential customers by researching needs, interests, and pain points to build and maintain a pipeline of leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Inbound Follow‑up and Nurture: Follow up on warm leads from marketing programs to convert them into first meetings and opportunities. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to develop target accounts, build a lead pipeline, and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Communicating Mitiga’s Value Proposition: Demonstrate knowledge of Mitiga’s products, services, competitors, and target market to effectively communicate our value to prospective clients. Using CRM and Sales Automation Tools: Manage leads, track activities, and report performance in our CRM and sales automation tools. Refining Messaging Loops: Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales on what is resonating with prospects to drive more effective messages and campaigns. Requirements

1–2 years of sales or business development experience; experience in cybersecurity is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with prospects and convey Mitiga’s value proposition simply and effectively. Strong organizational and time‑management skills; meticulous tracking of conversations and meetings. Self‑starter who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Deep knowledge of sales tools: experience with CRM software, sales automation tools, and AI‑driven productivity tools is a plus. Compensation & Benefits

Estimated base salary: $70‑90k; includes bonus, equity grants, and generous benefits.
