Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings
Location: WIS International
Overview WIS International seeks an energetic and organized Retail Inventory Supervisor to lead a morning shift team. This role focuses on coaching inventory associates, maintaining accurate inventory processes, and upholding our core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork. The supervisor will be the primary point of contact for resolve operational issues, support district management directives, and drive team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and train Inventory Associates to achieve high accuracy and consistency.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow with the playbook for success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns and support district or area manager directives.
Maximize team productivity and foster engagement to grow and develop the team.
Uphold and promote core values in a safe, inclusive environment.
Communicate proactively with leadership and peers regarding team performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
Strong customer‑service, conflict resolution, and solutions‑focused mindset.
Ability to work flexible, varied schedules to support district and customer commitments.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout shifts.
Comfort with handheld scanners, count tools, and technology.
Attention to detail and reliable attendance.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Access to reliable transportation.
Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen, if required.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
