What You Will Be Doing
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing complex challenges
Delivering consistent, actionable coaching to Guides that elevates student engagement and outcomes
Personally coaching a small group of students to demonstrate advanced mentoring and motivational techniques
What You Won’t Be Doing
Developing lesson plans – Guides support student learning through adaptive technology; you concentrate on preparing them to be outstanding facilitators
Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, you are responsible for upholding that expectation
Conducting dull training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning
Head Coach Key Responsibilities Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.
Basic Requirements
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable fields.
Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
Established leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
Background working with youth (ages 5–18) in educational or developmental settings.
Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
