About the Role

The Company is in search of a President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its purpose-driven, multi-site nonprofit senior services organization. The successful candidate will be a humble, authentic, and visible leader, responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and performance of the organization. This role is deeply rooted in a faith-based mission to enhance the lives of older adults, and the CEO must ensure that the organization's objectives are in alignment with its Christ-centered mission, operational excellence, financial strength, and workforce engagement. Key responsibilities for the CEO include driving financial and performance fundamentals, enhancing current performance for sustainability, and fostering innovation, growth, collaboration, creativity, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have substantial progressive leadership experience in a complex multi-program, multi-site senior services, healthcare, or non-profit setting, and a strong educational background, with a master’s degree preferred.

The CEO will also be tasked with expanding the organization's impact through innovative and non-traditional services, such as healthcare partnerships, home health services, wellness initiatives, and community-based programs. An authentic and engaged presence across all of the company's communities and services is essential, as is a results-oriented approach. The role requires a values-driven, relational, and results-oriented leader who is committed to the organization's mission of providing personal and compassionate care to seniors and the broader community. The candidate should be prepared for travel to the company's various locations and be dedicated to the promise of being "here for you, not for profit."
