AT&T Customer Experience Representative Core Duties
Meet with customers in person to listen to their unique connectivity needs. Present AT&T Fiber solutions that genuinely improve the user's daily life. Guide customers through the sales process with transparency and empathy. Resolve communication barriers by simplifying complex technical jargon. Foster long-term brand loyalty through authentic, person-to-person rapport. Collaborate with the outreach team to identify underserved local areas. Participate in workshops focused on active listening and emotional intelligence. Act as a dedicated advocate for the customer throughout the install process.
