What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Account Representative

:

Talk to a lot of strangers—many of whom will say "no" before "yes." Pitch AT&T Fiber to people who might be having a busy day. Close sales on the spot—no "I’ll think about it" allowed here. Stand on your feet and walk through San Diego neighborhoods/events. Compete with your teammates to see who can be the #1 producer. Deal with the San Diego sun and the occasional "not interested" door slam. Study the AT&T product manual until you can sell Fiber in your sleep. Show up early and stay late until your personal sales goals are met.
