About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in building and leading the financial engine that will support its rapid global scale. This is a hands-on, executive finance leadership position that demands a leader with a strong operational background and a proactive approach to both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy. The successful candidate will have full ownership of finance and accounting functions, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, tax, and compliance. They will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable financial systems and processes, developing financial models, driving cost optimization, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and unit economics.
Applicants for the Head of Finance role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A background in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or capital-intensive environments is essential, as is a strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and operational finance. The role requires a leader who is comfortable in a hands-on, high-accountability position and has experience working directly with executives and investors. While not mandatory, an MBA or Master's in finance, experience in VC-backed or high-growth tech startups, and a background in investment banking or investor relations are considered strong advantages. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel and data analysis skills, a deep understanding of financial concepts, and a true "no job too big or too small" mindset.
