About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance, accounting, tax, audit, HR, and IT functions, overseeing a team of 12, and building scalable processes. This role involves close partnership with the President and executive team, as well as regular interaction with the PE sponsor. Key duties include driving FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and due diligence activities, managing audits, accounting operations, and financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to support growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, with a strong preference for those holding a CPA and/or MBA. A background in consumer products, distribution, or related industries is essential, and experience with PE-backed companies and exposure to due diligence is also preferred.
