Requirement/Must Have: Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as required. Commitment to company policies, procedures, dress code, and health and safety standards. Ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, if applicable. Ability to travel and work flexible hours to cover multiple locations with minimal notice. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting. Strong customer focus and effective communication skills. Experience: 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard and data entry experience. Qualification And Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
