Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime, and travel between locations.
• Valid driver s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Experience:

• 1 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• 2 years in a patient service center environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard and data entry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling of specimens.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Provide safe, skillful, and accurate blood draws.
• Promote a positive and professional image to patients and staff.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Travel to multiple sites and cover locations as required.

Should Have:

• Medical assistant or paramedic training.
• Phlebotomy certification.

Qualification and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
