This full-time contract role runs from ASAP through June 5, 2026, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The teacher will manage a caseload of 15-20 students across a range of disabilities. Responsibilities include: Delivering specialized instruction and support tailored to individual student needs Collaborating with general education staff, families, and related service providers Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies accordingly Ensuring compliance with state and federal special education regulations Qualifications: Valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education teaching license Experience working with students with diverse disabilities in an elementary setting Ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain strong documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills Location: Anoka, MN at an elementary school serving early learners (K-2) This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young students with special needs in a supportive school environment.
