Responsibilities include: Providing physical therapy services across multiple K-12 schools within the district, with travel required between assignments. Efforts will be made to maintain one school visit per day. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student assessments. Collaborating closely with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support student progress and participation. Managing a caseload determined by student needs and workload considerations, focusing on varying severity levels. Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to all applicable regulations and standards. Qualifications: Active physical therapy licensure in the state of Florida is mandatory. Experience working in school settings, particularly with children aged 5-18, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility and willingness to travel between schools within the assigned district during the workweek. Location: Clermont, FL (within the School District of Osceola County) This opportunity offers hourly pay based on experience, with ranges starting from $45 up to $57 per hour, commensurate with years of professional experience in school-based physical therapy.
