The position is a contract opportunity covering the current school year, with engagement expected to begin as soon as possible and continue through May 29, 2026. This on-site role supports district-wide programs, with exact school assignments to be confirmed. Key Responsibilities: Deliver behavior analysis support in accordance with BCBA standards. Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with educators and staff to foster positive behavioral outcomes. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Provide training and consultation to school personnel regarding behavior strategies. Required Qualifications: Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working within K-12 school environments preferred. Strong ability to communicate complex behavior concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Demonstrated skills in developing and executing behavior intervention plans. Willingness and ability to work on-site within the Charleston County School District.
