This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support in K-12 school settings located in Summerville, SC, serving district-wide programs. The position is full-time, contract-based, and runs through the current school year, ending in late May 2026. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement evidence-based behavioral intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment decisions. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure goals are met. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Qualifications: Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required. Experience working with school-age children (K-12) in educational settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work on-site in Summerville, SC.
