This onsite Elementary Resource Teacher position offers a consultative role supporting students with special education needs. Location: Elementary school setting in Wilmington, Delaware Duration: Contract position from January 12, 2026, to June 11, 2026 Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a 30-minute paid lunch 37.5 hours per week Responsibilities: Provide consultative special education services as an elementary resource teacher Collaborate with classroom teachers to support students with disabilities Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly Participate in team meetings and communicate with parents/guardians as necessary Qualifications: Valid Delaware Special Education Teaching license (submission required with application) Experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting Ability to manage a consultative caseload effectively Strong collaboration and communication skills Submit a current resume along with licensure documentationapplications without these documents will not be considered This position provides an excellent opportunity to support student growth through specialized instructional strategies within a consultative framework. xsgimln Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply promptly to be considered for this contract role.
