The Company is seeking a Vice President, People to join their executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's next phase of growth. This visionary and operational leader will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values. The successful candidate will drive organizational performance, forecast and shape workforce strategy, elevate culture and engagement, lead change and transformation, and optimize people operations. They will also be tasked with designing scalable processes, advising and influencing leadership, and inspiring a high-performing people team.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, and culture/engagement initiatives. A proven track record in leading and scaling people functions within fast-moving, high-growth environments is essential, as is the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The role requires exceptional business acumen, data orientation, and the ability to influence at the executive level. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and experience in multi-site, operationally complex businesses, particularly in the tech, hospitality, services, or retail sectors, is a plus.
