Executive Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides direct therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups at TBMHC. Direct Clinical Services - Provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy across diverse populations. - Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning. - primary care, social services, schools) to ensure continuity of care. - Advocacy & Mission Support - Advocate for clients’ mental health, educational, and social needs. - Support TBMHC’s mission of addressing systemic barriers and providing equitable mental health services to Black communities. - Promote anti-oppressive practices in all clinical and administrative work. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Number of client sessions completed and productivity targets met. - Quality and timeliness of clinical documentation. - Client satisfaction and feedback surveys. - Reporting Structure - Reports to the Clinical Supervisor and/or Clinical Director. - Required Qualifications - Active, unrestricted license in the state of Ohio, LSW, LPC, and/or LMFT (LISW, IMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist preferred). - Experience working with diverse populations, particularly Black individuals, families, and communities. -
