Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, incorporating clients’ strengths, challenges, and cultural factors into treatment planning Diagnose mental health conditions and develop person-centered, goal-driven treatment plans Provide individual and/or group therapy in-person, virtually, or in community-based settings Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed Collaborate with internal team members, family supports, and external service providers to ensure continuity of care Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Carelon Behavioral Health, COMAR regulations and ACHC standards Carry and manage a caseload of 15 or more clients while ensuring high quality clinical care Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in all clinical interactions Stay informed about evolving clinical best practices, regulations, and treatment approaches Qualifications: Required Licensure (Maryland): LCSW-C, LMSW, LCSW LCPC, LGPC LCMFT, LCADC We welcome candidates who are working toward full licensure. Clinical supervision is available for LGPC and LMSW candidates.
