As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and own the delivery of store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet top‑notch quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, collaborate with store associates, and travel frequently. Key Responsibilities
Lead others: motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects; encourage collaboration and teamwork; resolve concerns with store leadership, suppliers, and associates. Project ownership: own the execution of projects in assigned stores; communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders; minimize impact on store operations. Develop associates: provide supervision and development opportunities; listen and act on ideas, suggestions, concerns; evaluate talent, train, mentor, provide recognition, identify career paths. Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in the same areas. Preferred Master’s degree in business or related field. 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams. Project Management – Management Professional Certification. Shift & Travel
Shift: Primarily working overnights; night shifts average 10‑12 hours. Travel: frequent travel up to 1,000 miles; you may be away 80% of the time or for 17‑21 day periods. Mileage reimbursed; overnight stays paid. Benefits
