Salary Range: $70,075 – $114,875 annually
Benefits: Eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental, and enrollment in the applicable NJ State Pension Program

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid New Jersey Teacher Certification or eligibility for appropriate certification.

REPORTS TO: Building Principal
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and implements written instructional plans that meet the diverse needs, abilities, and interests of all students.
Creates and maintains a classroom environment that supports learning and is developmentally appropriate.
Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and establishes clear objectives aligned with those goals.
Demonstrates a commitment to the district’s philosophy of education and its instructional goals and objectives through instructional practices and professional conduct.
Establishes and maintains positive, cooperative relationships with colleagues, students, and families.
Performs other duties and assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by the building principal.
