Employment Law Senior Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in
Illinois
3+ years of experience in civil litigation with knowledge of discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively from day one
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom presentation skills
Willingness and ability to travel for hearings, depositions, and client matters as needed

Prior exposure to
class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, or complex litigation
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for employee and consumer rights
