JR-114899**Location:**Medical Center - Fort Worth**Department:**Psychiatry**Shift:**Varying Shifts (United States of America)**Standard Weekly Hours:**24**Summary:**Assumes the primary caretaker role for psychiatric patients ages Pre-K through adolescents which includes activities of daily living, maintaining a safe environment, and the management of harmful behaviors. The Program Specialist II also participates in crisis intervention, teaching, group process and on call as needed.

**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree required preferably in psychology, child development, social work or related field* Experience in inpatient or partial hospital psychiatric treatment preferred* Pediatric experience preferred4.Child growth and development education required* CPR - BLS must be completed within 60 days of start date* CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention - Units 1-7 & 9-10 plus the CPI Children's Control Position from Unit 8 or must be completed within 60 days of start dateMinimum requirements changed March 2022.
